š¾ Buster ā My One and Only Homebred Boy
There are some dogs who come into your life⦠and there are some you bring into the world yourself.
Buster was my one and only homebred boy, out of my beautiful girl Jasmine and the ever-charming Simba. From the moment he arrived, he carried something special ā that unmistakable mix of heart, humour and heart-melting softness.
He has been an absolute asset to my breeding journey and to our home.
From his dad, he inherited that glorious goofball soppiness ā the kind that melts into you for cuddles, flops dramatically at your feet, and looks at you as though you personally invented sunshine. From his mum, he took her intensity to work, her focus, and that deep desire to please. Combine that with both parentsā love of life and people, and you get Buster ā affectionate, bright, willing, and endlessly kind.
Heās always been the sensitive one. The sofa shadow. The boy who doesnāt just sit near you ā he leans into you. A proper heart dog.

Carrying the Bluebell Line Forward
One of the greatest privileges of responsible breeding is seeing the next generation grow with strong foundations behind them.
Buster leaves behind two beautiful daughters who may carry on the Bluebell legacy:
Zara ā Pippaās daughter
Amber ā Indyās daughter
Both girls have Bluebell parents on both sides, something I am incredibly proud of. It means temperament, health, structure and heart have been carefully layered through generations ā not by accident, but by intention.
That is how you honour the past while protecting the future.
A New Chapter in Oxford
Buster has now gone to a wonderful couple in Oxford, and although thereās always a lump in the throat on these days, there was also peace.
On the day he left, they kindly took him to the beach to help him adjust ā space, air, movement, and a little adventure to ease the transition. That told me everything I needed to know about the life waiting for him.
He will be a happy boy once settled. He just needs a little time ā sensitive souls always do.
I know there will be sofa snuggles, gentle reassurance, and a home where he is cherished not for what he produced, but simply for who he is.
And thatās the point.
Buster hasnāt just contributed to my breeding programme ā heās shaped it. Heās reminded me that strength and softness can live in the same body. That intensity and tenderness are not opposites. That a dog can work with focus and still be the biggest cuddle bug in the room.
My one and only homebred boy.
A legacy in two daughters.
A heart that will always be Bluebell.
Run free, settle gently, and charm them all like only you can, Buster. š
