Bonnie and Skye 😍

Bonnie and Skye both had their booster vaccinations and vet checks today and were very good girls 💜

Both girls are affectionate, submissive, goofy spaniels who love human company and sofa cuddles.

Skye especially is a very sensitive soul. We suspect she may have partial hearing impairment, although she copes extremely well day-to-day. She naturally watches and follows the other dogs closely for reassurance and guidance, so I strongly feel she would be happiest in a home with another calm, confident dog she can bond with and learn from.

She is not a difficult dog at all — quite the opposite. She is gentle, loving, deeply loyal and will happily sit cuddled beside you for hours. She has inherited her mum’s goofy smile and sweet nature and has so much love to give.

Because of her softer temperament, I will not settle for just any home. She needs calm leadership, kindness, understanding and a stable environment where she feels safe and supported.

Current thoughts are either: • rehoming Skye alongside Pippa upon Pippa’s retirement in September or • potentially considering an earlier companion home arrangement later this year alongside her sister Bonnie after Bonnie’s litter.

This will only ever be a carefully considered forever home.
